Who can be on this plan

Anyone else on your plan must be your:

  • spouse, civil union partner, or domestic partner
  • natural child, stepchild or legally adopted child who has not yet reached age 26
  • own child, or your partner's child, of any age, enrolled prior to age 26, who is incapable of self-support due to continuing cognitive impairment or physical disability and who is chiefly dependent on you

Everyone on the plan must also:

  • have the US as their Home Country
  • be under age 96
  • if under age 6, be enrolled with a parent, aunt, uncle or grandparent
  • buy before leaving their Home Country
